If a student is continuously absent for more than 10 classes without intimation, his/her name will be struck from the register. Click Here

A student will not be allowed to appear in the Final Examination / All India Trade Examination if he does not have 80% attendance in his classes.
A student must submit a written request for leave
Payment once made is non-refundable
A student must clear all dues (fees etc.) before submitting the final examination form
All necessary equipment and gadgets/toolkits for practicals are provided by the institute.
Students should not attempt to solve any problems in the workshop, but rather bring them to the attention of staff.
Disciplinary action will be taken against the student if he is involved in any illegal or unauthorized activity in the institution.
.The student has to pay for the damage caused by the student to the property of the institution
Hostel rules and regulations
Students should behave in a disciplined manner while staying in the hostel
.Students must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and must not deface walls, doors and windows.
Students are not allowed to sit on the parapet of the hostel building
Students should take care of their personal belongings No one else shall be liable for any loss or damage of any kind
Students should maintain proper discipline in the hostel Students should not misuse electric power by using iron, light point extension etc
Students should take written permission from the Hostel Superintendent before leaving the hostel outside the class hours The student should not leave the hostel without the signature of the father/mother/local guardian on the leave application.
Students should be present inside the room from 7 pm to 9.30 pm to maintain study time.

Students should deposit their previous messages positively before the 10th of the current month; Otherwise, the meal will be stopped from the next day
If necessary, students can accommodate any female guest in the hostel for one or two days only in a month with the written permission of the Superintendent.
Students are allowed to go to the market with their guardians as per the time limit fixed by the authorities with the permission of the hostel superintendent. Students are not allowed to leave the campus at any time without the permission of the authorities
Students are not allowed to play games, musical instruments etc. inside the hostel
Students are not allowed to use mobile phones under any circumstances as per hostel rules
Students are allowed to meet the guardian whose name is mentioned in the application form only on Sundays from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Students are not allowed to take up any other course of study outside the I.T.I campus during training.
